Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services:

Catherine Silvester provides holistic and wellness services, including but not limited to yoga, reiki, meditation and wellness workshops. Engaging with our services you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide accurate health information, including any injuries (for yoga classes) before participating in any services. Clients are responsible for notifying the Company of any changes that may affect the participation in our services.

3. Confidentiality

The company respects client privacy and confidentiality. All client information that is disclosed during session will be kept confidential unless required by law.

4. Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept electronic payments through approved payment platforms and bank transfer.

5. Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us advanced notice, so that we can accommodate other clients. Please review the follow cancellation policy:

 1.  Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule please give us at least 24 hours notice in advanced.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us via phone on 0458 261 485 or email hello@catherinesilvester.com.

 2.     Cancellation Fee

  • For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the service fee will be forfeited.

 3.     No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a “no show”

  • No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivilant to the full cost of a scheduled service.

 4.     Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

6. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. In the presence of inappropriate behavior, such as harassment or aggression towards other practitioners of clients, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.

7. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for their own health and safety during sessions. The Company is not liable for any injuries or health complications that may arise from participating in our services, except in cases of negligence on our part.

8. Consent

By engaging with our services, clients consent to receive holistic wellness services and acknowledge that results may vary based on individual circumstances and commitment to the process.

9. Liability Waiver

Clients acknowledge that holistic wellness services involve inherent risks, and agree to release the Company and its practitioners from any liability for injuries or damages incurred as a result of participating in our services. Liability Waiver will be sent to clients after booking appointment.

10.  Modifications:

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
