Reiki is a technique based on the belief that there is a life force energy that flows through our body, and when it is low or blocked, it can lead to physical and emotional health issues. Reiki aims to balance the energy flow in the body, promoting relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. The intention behind Reiki is to channel this universal energy from love and light and bringing the natural flow of energy back to the body.

Tuesdays at Australian Yoga Academy, Prahran

Find balance in this cosy and welcoming space in the heart of Prahran (just off Chapel street). Using meditation and intuitive touch, working through the Chakra system to recenter your energy. Ending the session with a tea and discussion.

What to expect in a reiki session with Catherine

A Reiki session with Catherine begins with a brief check in on how you are feeling on that particular day, followed by a guided meditation to allow the body to surrender and relax into the space before Reiki is received. Reiki is a non invasive practice and can be received in person or by distance where the client lays down fully clothed to receive the treatment. The session will last around one hour.
